Notice to Members - AGM 2026

Gove Junior Football Club (East Arnhem Futsal) will be holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

• Sunday 22 February 2026

• 10:30am

• Hindle Oval Club House (beside canteen)
  

All members of the Club are strongly encouraged to attend. Whether your contribution is large or small, simply turning up to the AGM plays a vital role in supporting the Club’s governance, compliance, and ongoing viability. Your presence helps keep our Club operating and strong for the future.

Please note that all committee positions are declared vacant until the conclusion of the AGM. Following the resignation of previous office holders, the Club is specifically seeking nominations for the roles of President and Secretary, along with other committee positions.

It is important for members to understand that if a full committee cannot be formed at the AGM, East Arnhem Futsal will not be able to operate in 2026. Without an elected committee, the Club cannot meet its governance obligations or continue to run the competition.

This is a critical moment for our Club. We urge members, parents, and supporters to consider stepping into a role or attending the AGM to show support. Together, we can ensure futsal continues to thrive in our community.
